SHIPPING POLICIES

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  • in will NOT be responsible for order with
  1. Shipping Address C/o Address /Neighbor Address/College Hostel Address/PO Box.
  2. Orders delivered to Servants/Maids/Building Security/Neighbor.
  3. Orders with inappropriate Address/Mobile Number.
  4. Orders placed on behalf of Others/Friends i.e 3rd Party.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

  • We use Delhivery  to ship our products to your destination depending upon destination address.
  • We can also  ship through different courier companies on your special request .

SHIPPING Time / Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY.
  • Orders placed before 12.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Shipments created before 12:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 7-8 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

Guarantee/warranty

  • We DO NOT provide any type of Guarantee or Warranty for all products sold at runrc.in.
  • Order once placed CAN NOT be cancelled, clubbed, modified or refunded.

Runrc provides complete replacement or returns of any product only in following conditions

  • If product is defective, damaged or broken at the time its arrived, contact us with proof of delivery.
  • If Product is not working, contact us with the testing proof of the product received from us, without testing proof no return or refund claims will be initiated.

Runrc will return/replace products only if you inform about your concern over mail within 48 hours after products arrival with testing proof, strictly within 48 hours no excuses. For any queries please write to us at support@runrc.in

For refund in case of defective, damaged or broken products customer has to inform us within 48 hours after received of product. No exception, and it has to be in its original condition with original packing. Runrc holds right to reject refund request if any product is found not in its original condition.

Note:

  1. Shipping charges for returns would be bare by the customer and is non-refundable.
  2. For the defective or faulty product above conditions are applicable only if manufacturer approved.

Limits Of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
